Terms and Conditions

1. Vehicle Use
The rented van must be used in accordance with all local traffic laws. The vehicle may only be driven by persons listed on the rental agreement with a valid driver’s license.

2. Rental Period
The rental period is agreed upon at the time of booking. Extensions must be requested in advance and are subject to availability.

3. Payment and Deposit
Full payment is required before the rental begins. A security deposit may be required and will be refunded after the vehicle is returned in good condition.

4. Fuel Policy
The van is provided with a full tank. It must be returned with the same fuel level. Otherwise, fuel charges will apply.

5. Damage and Insurance
The renter is responsible for any damage not covered by insurance. Insurance coverage details are provided in the rental agreement.

6. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in accordance with the terms specified at the time of booking. Fees may apply.

7. Liability
K-Discover is not liable for personal belongings or accidents occurring during the rental period.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Macedonia.
